At Weelp, transparency and fairness are central to how we handle payments and contributions. This policy explains how transactions, donations, and digital product purchases are managed within our ecosystem.

1. Payment Processing.

All payments made through weelp.app are processed securely by trusted third-party platforms such as Stripe, PayPal, or Squarespace Payments. Transactions are encrypted and handled according to international PCI-DSS security standards. Weelp does not store or access your full payment details.

If you make a purchase through the Weelp mobile application, payments are processed directly by Apple (App Store) or Google (Play Store) under their respective terms of sale. Please refer to their refund and billing policies for in-app transactions.

2. Digital Products.

Weelp offers digital resources, guides, and safety-related materials available for immediate download or access after purchase.

Because of their instant and non-returnable nature, digital products are non-refundable once the transaction is confirmed and access has been granted. If a technical issue prevents access or download, you can contact contact@weelp.app, and we’ll ensure the file is restored or replaced.

3. Donations and Contributions.

Donations made through Weelp are voluntary and directly support our mission to expand safety access and verified data worldwide. All contributions are considered final and non-refundable, except in the rare case of a confirmed technical or processing error (duplicate payment, card malfunction, etc.).

Weelp is not a charity but operates with transparency and accountability to ensure that funds contribute to maintaining and improving our services.

4. Pricing and Currency.

All prices are displayed in euros (€) or USD ($) depending on your region.
Taxes may apply according to your country’s laws.
We reserve the right to adjust pricing, promotions, or availability at any time while maintaining transparency before purchase.

5. Chargebacks and Unauthorized Payments

In case of an unauthorized payment or fraudulent use of your card, please contact your payment provider immediately.
We’ll cooperate with all financial institutions and payment gateways to resolve any issue quickly and fairly.

6. Payment Security

All payments are processed using SSL encryption and comply with the strictest global standards for data security.
Your personal information is protected and never shared for marketing purposes.
