At Weelp, transparency and fairness are central to how we handle payments and contributions.
1. Payment Processing
All payments made through weelp.app are processed securely by trusted third-party platforms such as Stripe, PayPal, or Squarespace Payments. Transactions are encrypted and handled according to PCI-DSS security standards. Weelp does not store or access your full payment details. For in-app purchases, payments are processed by Apple (App Store) or Google (Play Store) under their respective terms.
2. Digital Products
Weelp offers digital resources, guides, and safety-related materials available for immediate download. Because of their instant and non-returnable nature, digital products are non-refundable once access has been granted. If a technical issue prevents access, contact contact@weelp.app.
3. Donations and Contributions
Donations made through Weelp are voluntary and directly support our mission. All contributions are considered final and non-refundable, except in the rare case of a confirmed technical error.
4. Pricing and Currency
All prices are displayed in euros or USD depending on your region. Taxes may apply according to your country's laws.
5. Chargebacks and Unauthorized Payments
In case of an unauthorized payment, please contact your payment provider immediately. We will cooperate with all financial institutions to resolve any issue.

All payments are processed using SSL encryption and comply with the strictest global standards.
